A Sneak Peek of the 4 Weekly Focuses
Week 1
The first week is all about establishing some basic habits and learning what to look for on food labels.
Warning- Your eyes are going to be OPENED! Talk about a game changer right off the bat. I will never tell you what to eat and what not to eat but I will educate and guide you to better options. 
Week 2
We talk whole foods, refined foods, and more food labels. Plus we pin point what could be triggering your bloating, discomfort, anxiety, etc. in your current diet.
Warning- You'll notice how much better you can feel. Even in the second week you'll see changes that you never knew existed.
Week 3
After that we're going to cover; how to target belly fat and stubborn love handles! Even if you are at a comfortable body fat percentage this information will help improve your blood levels from the inside out. 
Warning- Getting rid of love handles does NOT happen by doing an endless amount of crunches. You'll learn about the foods that help you get a flatter stomach and tons of options to make your meals taste better than ever. 
Week 4
Lastly, we're going to top it off by teaching you how to get a variety of food into your diet. This education helps you understand the importance of creating a Fun and Sustainable lifestyle according to YOU!  
Warning- You are going to want more. After 4 weeks of being held accountable it becomes addictive. You'll notice progress, your close friends and acquaintances will mention some changes and you will want to learn more. We'll teach you all about how to continue in your journey.
